From the moment I first walked in to Krause Dental, I was impressed. From the friendly and caring staff, to the beautiful and clean environment. The personalities of the staff are balanced to make you feel at ease- they know when to be funny but also know when to be serious and to the point. Making you want to leave as their friend, not just their patient. It is obvious that the Krause Dental team cares to serve their clients well with new, state of the art technology and most current research. When I ask questions, even detailed ones, Dr Krause always knows the answers and can back them up with research. He is a perfectionist, which is great to have in a dentist. He doesn’t settle for less than the best. Because of this, he does suggest everything to make your teeth and oral care the best it can be. But, is also willing to work with you on what you can afford and/or fits your needs and desires. My husband has always hated the dentist and has never gone consistently until we found Krause Dental- one of the many reasons I am thankful for them!

Today my little 2 year old took a bad fall and broke his front tooth right in half. He was in a lot of pain. I called Dr. Katie Krause and she came in on her day off to take care of my son. She had to pull his front tooth. I was extremely nervous that my son would be screaming and it would be a HORRIBLE and traumatic experience for both him and I, but it wasn’t. Dr. Katie Krause treated him with absolute comfort and care. Even made him giggle at times. I was so incredibly pleased, and SO thankful for her help!

I would highly recommend this office! Friendly & professional staff, always on schedule, and they do a great job of going over the details of your treatment plan so you know exactly what to expect and what insurance will cover or won't. I've had Lauren and Jessica as hygienists and both did a great job! Dr. Krause is also very nice and knowledgeable.
