I switched to Krause Dental when I moved to Westfield 3 years ago. I have been happy with the move. Everyone at the office is always friendly and professional. I am always greeted by name when I walk in for my appointments. The staff do a wonderful job of explaining what they are doing throughout the treatment process. Dr. Krause is very kind and always makes sure to explain to me what he is doing and what my treatment options are. I would highly recommend this dental office.

Very professional and courteous, the hygenist and doctor took time to answer all of my questions. Staff was very helpful and helped me come up with a great treatment plan.
They also treat children and I will be bringing my kids in.
As a first time patient their inprocessing was quick and very easy. The location is very clean and neat.

This place is simply Magnificent! The staff is great and are very helpful, and don't even get me started on Dr. Krause!! What a great guy! He explains everything and make suggested to help keep the perfect dental hygiene record! All in all you cant beat the friendly staff and Dr. Krause. Oh and one more thing I don't think I have ever had to wait in the waiting room as they are run like a well oiled machine!

Just wanted to take the time to say how wonderful every staff member at Krause dental is, from the first visit they truly make you feel like you have known them for years. We were referred by a close friend and even though we live about 45 min plus away its totally worth the drive. My children enjoy how friendly the staff is and how comfortable they make you feel during dental treatments. I had not been to the dentist in years and required some filling work, I was very nervous and scared mainly about getting shots in my mouth. I can honestly say that they were extremely gentle and I barley felt any needle and only felt a little pressure during my filling work. I can definitely say I have no fear of the dentist anymore and will continue to go back with my family for all our dental needs.

Nobody likes going to the dentist :) HOWEVER, their staff was absolutely professional, super fast, and made the experience super comfortable and actually enjoyable! I would recommend Krause Dental to anybody looking for dental care in the Westfield area. As long as I live in Indiana, they have a customer for life! Terrific staff and people :)

Just started going here. Experience was excellent, staff was very friendly, and the seats were much softer than my previous dentist. Plus the dentist was straight up with me which is a nice change.

I have been in several dental offices, Krause Dental is by far the best. The staff are all very friendly and passionate about your dental care/needs. Anytime I hear someone in need of a dentist in the area I always refer them to Krause Dental knowing they will get the best care and end up loving it there too!
