I'm 24 years old and when it comes to the dentist well lets just say I'm baby. I'm really upset with my self now because I'm paying for it. I would never go back after the first visit. I've had so many different dentist. At Dr. Krause office they make me feel safe. Dr.really does have amazing staff as well. The girls are so supportive they keep me in line. I can truly say I'm blessed.

Super friendly staff and Doctor. Superior service from the moment I made my appointment until I was finished with treatment. Everyone was wonderful to my family as well. Even the kids loved going, which is saying a lot. Dr. Krause and his staff went above and beyond!! Love this dentist office!! Highly recommend Dr. Krause and his practice. You will not be disappointed!!

I switched to Krause for convenience after 3 years with my previous dentist. This was absolutely the right move. This is the most elaborate and precise experience i have ever had at the dentist.
The team immediately welcomes you with an abbreviated check in done via laptop. Don't worry about filling out sheet after sheet, it's all done with a few clicks. After that they bring you through the brand new state of the art facility and sit you down in a chair with your own TV. They introduce themselves, walk you through the process, and make you feel comfortable.
The hygienists are extremely knowledgeable, personable, and patient. It is not like the normal dental experience where you feel like they are rushing you out to get to the next customer. They take the time to explain the treatment options, take pictures of your teeth so they can show you the problems as opposed to just telling you, and curtail all of the treatment options to your specific case.
I can't recommend Krause enough. I was sick of dentists making me feel bad about my teeth, or even guilty. At Krause they take the time to work with you and make recommendations to improve your overall health. It's absolutely a family feel

Dr. Ken Krause is a wonderful dentist. My family, including my three year-old daughter began to see him in April. This has been by far by best dental experience we have ever had. He is very professional, knowledge, and friendly. Dr. Krause and his staff had a way to make my daughter laugh- even while at the dentist's office. They were very informative and honest. From the minute we walked into the door of the beautiful office, we were immediately at ease. I am confident that Dr. Krause and his staff will take wonderful care of our family in the future.

Krause Dental is by far the best dentist I have been to. I couldn't believe how nice the office is. The moment I walked in the door I was impressed. Best dental facility I have used in decades! New technology and extremely friendly staff makes every visit welcoming. I don't dread the dental chair anymore as all care I have received here has been top notch. Certainly would recommend this office to my own family or even anyone looking for a new dentist

It is nice to find a Dentist's office that you are not afraid of. I have been to Krause Dental a handful of times and I have not once dreaded going like I have in the past. I am happy that I found such a friendly and inviting environment. Everyone that I have encountered from the office has always been welcoming and polite. What a great staff, they make you feel like you are part of the family when you are in the office. Dr. Krause does a great job of explaining the treatment. I reffered a family member to Krause Dental that needed some serious dental work and they had a strong fear of the dentist, after their first visit they were very eager to come back and get the process started to their new smile.I'm so glad my family and I have found a new dental home.

I started seeing Dr. Krause within days of their doors opening in 2013 and I'd never want to go elsewhere. I love the warm and friendly atmosphere there. Regardless of what work was done, its hard not to leave there with a smile on your face. The quality of service is second to none in my opinion. I would (and have) recommend them to others. I was referred to Krause Dental by my family members who were already patients of Dr. Krause. I was hesitant at first due to the 45 minute drive that I had to make, but after my first visit I realized that drive was nothing due to the care that I was going to be receiving at this office. All of the staff was very cheerful, polite, professional and the office is beautiful. There was never any question in my mind that they did not have my best intrest in mind. Dr Krause addressed my dental needs and set up a very attainable goal for the next few steps. I will definitely return, along with telling all of my friends about the wonderful experience!

I was one of the first patients to walk in the doors of Krause Dental when I had recently moved to Westfield and they had just opened. From the dental assistants, to the friendly and knowledgable hygienists, to Dr. Krause himself, I have had top-knotch care. They have state-of-the-art equipment and TVs for every treatment room. They make you feel at ease with whatever level of dentistry you need and talk to you in an easy to understand way. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone!

I have to say that every experience I have had here has been amazing. Everyone in the office is very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. I made an appointment based on a recommendation from a co-worker and I am very glad that I took their advice. He is the best dentist and I would recommend this office to anyone. I never feel rushed and it is such a pleasant experience that you almost forget you are at the dentist. Hands down a five star experience and I cannot stress enough that the staff is amazing!
